Hi I'm Julianne, but I go by many titles. I am Mommy to four babies, twin five year old boys and a 4 year old girl and almost 2 year old boy; Wife to my amazing husband, NFL Kicker Nick Folk; Sports Broadcaster; Fitness Fanatic; Wanna-be Master Chef; and Jay to my friends. Since having babies, my workout motto is: EVERYTHING ADDS UP. Whether you get in a little run here, or a few squats there, anything is better than nothing at all!
