Week 1: 10 Minute Challenge Series- Fitness Assessment

The hardest part about getting in shape is finding the time and getting into a workout routine. Don’t let lack of motivation be an excuse not to workout. I have days when the last thing I want to do with my kids-free 10 minutes is to step on the treadmill or lift a set of weights. However, after I finish the workout, good or bad, I feel one millions times better than I would have just laying on the couch. So, for those of you just getting back into the workout scene, or stuck in the same workout rut, take this quick assessment challenge and get back on track. This 10 Minute Challenge Series will jump start your motivation for getting back in shape.


The Workout:

A quick at-home full body fitness level challenge. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED!!


How it works:

-10 Exercises


-1 Minute of all out work for each exercise (record how many reps you do)


-15 Seconds break in-between each exercise


-Repeat until you work through all 10 exercises


This is week 1. Repeat this 10 minute circuit once a week for the next 4 weeks and record your reps. Your goal should be to increase your rep count each week.
