Week 3: 10 Minute Challenge Series- 2 Minute Full Body HIIT Circuit

When my twins were new born babies I hardly had time to go to the store let alone the gym. I learned to fit in workouts whenever and wherever I could. It became obvious that 10 minute naps were pretty much my only opportunity to fit in some kind of exercise. That’s when at home 10 minute circuits became my go-to for quick but effective cardio blasters.

The great thing about a 10 Minute HIIT Circuit is that it can be done anywhere, at anytime, and with no equipment. Grab some form of clock, stopwatch, or phone to count down your two minute block and you’re good to go.
