You’ve pounded through three weeks of 10 Minute Challenges and hopefully at this point on your fitness journey the drive and motivation to break a sweat has returned. Exercising for a hard 10 minutes a day is enough time improve health, mental awareness, and help to maintain your weight. Of course, longer workouts have more benefits in the long haul, but a gradual increase in workout duration is a great start to a fit and health life.Week #4 is no walk in the park. I found that my heart rate soared during this series and left me with a healthy sweat. You’r no beginner at this point. Tighten the pony tail, and get your clock ready!
